Processing & Shipping Times
Our Ready-to-ship orders generally ship from Goshen, IN within 3-4 business days (excluding postal holidays). All orders are shipped within US only via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail unless faster service is requested. We do not ship internationally.
** Shipping Delays possible during the Holidays Please allow extra days for shipping during the Holidays as most carriers usually experience delays.
Lost or Stolen packages
Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping address before checking out to prevent delays or misdeliveries. Though it is rare, if your package has been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will try to contact the USPS and track your package. The Imagination Spot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
* We strongly recommend utilizing tracking for returns, as we need to verify that an item was returned to us to process a refund.
* For easy returns, simply re-use our packaging.
All our hand-printed items will always have minor differences in color and impression due to the process. If there is a noticeably smudged and damaged product, we will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order. Please contact us with a photo of the problem and we will send you a replacement.
Due to their custom nature, orders that are personalized or created just for you are not eligible for returns unless there an issue due to our error. Likewise, for printable files which have already been downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.
Gift cards purchases are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Occasionally, and despite our best packaging efforts, orders may become damaged during shipping. While we are not responsible for damage done during shipping, we will do our best to replace damaged products if at all possible. We will offer a store credit if no replacement is available.
